The eRetrieval Portal enables you to search for and review this financial information. The City of Auburn is pleased to offer Form 700 Statement of Economic Interests Disclosure Statements available via the web, free of charge via SouthTech Systems’ eRetrieval™. eRetrieval™ offers simplistic, yet comprehensive search functions in order to provide members of the public with redacted copies of Form 700 Disclosure Statements filed with the City of Auburn electronically, 24/7, from the comfort of your own desktop or mobile device!

What is available via eRetrieval™?

  • Form 700 Disclosure Statements for all Filers who are required to file a Form 700 with the City.

 

What is not available via eRetrieval™?

  • 87200/FPPC Filers' Statements – Filers who are required to disclose with the FPPC due to GOV Code 87200 or their position help are available on the FPPC's eRetrieval.

Filing a Complaint with the FPPC

The FPPC investigates violations of the Political Reform Act (the "Act"), which is located in Title 9 of the California Government Code at sections 81000 through 91014. Anyone who suspects a violation of the Act should file a sworn complaint with the Enforcement Division.
